What to eat on the first day of Ketogenic diet

 

I realised its quite hard to choose when we are limited by rules.

As per keto rules I cannot eat any type of

*bread, pastas, rices, cereals  wheat products,

* Sweet fruits

* Sugar  containing things, cakes, biscuits chocolates etc.

* underground vegetables like carrots, pistachios, potatoes etc.

 

I felt like I have nothing to eat.

Then I  made a shopping list what can I buy.

I could buy chicken, all the grean leafs like lettuce, brocoli, cauflower butter, coconut flour, cheese, eggs..

 I was feeling to lazy to go shopping for breakfast so I checked the fridge to see what I already have.


That was Not much L

 I got egss. Some cheese. 2 tomato which is not allowed at the begining, coffee, olive oil.


 I boiled eggs, sliced them, put some olive oil on top , added some black pepper and some  pumpkin seeds too.

 I look like ate a healthy dish. But I dont feel I m full enough.

Lets see how it goes. I think its going to be  psychological challenge for me.

How can a Turk live without bread ? J
