I realised its
quite hard to choose when we are limited by rules.
As per keto rules
I cannot eat any type of
*bread, pastas,
rices, cereals wheat products,
* Sweet fruits
* Sugar containing things, cakes, biscuits chocolates
etc.
* underground
vegetables like carrots, pistachios, potatoes etc.
I felt like I have nothing to eat.
Then I made a shopping list what can I buy.
I could buy chicken, all the grean leafs like lettuce, brocoli, cauflower butter, coconut flour, cheese, eggs..
That was Not much L
Lets see how it
goes. I think its going to be psychological
challenge for me.
How can a Turk live without bread ? J
