Key Points for Keto

Here below a few key points  for Keto;

  Eliminate or  vastly reduce the  grains from your diet.

 Eliminate sugar.
 Most of your carbonhyrates  gain should come from vegetables.
 Prefer organic grown food.
Avoid soy beans or other soy products.
Nuts and seeds are good in moderation
Fish, coconut, olive oils are very nutritious oils.
Make  sure you include fermented foods like kefir into your diet.
Beef, bison, goat, sheep, organic chicken  etc.. are the good protein sources.
Organic  free ranged eggs are  also great source of protein
Dairy products comes from raw grass fed  are excellent choice for keto.
